Q1. Can I get a sample to check the quality first?
Absolutely! We highly encourage you to get a sample before placing a bulk order. The sample fee and time will be determined based on the style.
Q2. Do you accept custom orders (OEM/ODM)? What do I need to provide?
Yes, you can customize:
- Yarn Material: (e.g., Wool, Cashmere, Cotton, Acrylic, Blends, etc.)
- Color: We can dye according to your Pantone (TCX) color codes.
- Design/Style: You can provide design files, tech packs, sketches, or even reference pictures.
- Logo & Branding: We support jacquard, embroidery, printing, and more.
- Size: Use our standard size chart or provide your own.
- Packaging & Labels: Custom main labels, care labels, hang tags, and packaging.
Q3. What are your payment terms?
We highly recommend using Trade Assurance, which protects your payment. We also accept:
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): Typically a 30% deposit to start production, and the 70% balance paid before shipment.
- L/C (Letter of Credit): Available for large orders, please contact for details.
Q4. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are an integrated factory and trading company with 15 years of experience in knitwear production. We have our own production lines and a professional team, controlling the entire process from yarn sourcing, sampling, and production to quality inspection. This allows us to offer competitive prices and stable quality. You are welcome to schedule a virtual tour or an on-site visit.
Q5. What is the typical delivery time for orders?
The delivery time is determined according to the order quantity and specific customization requirements. Details will be finalized and confirmed during order negotiation.
Q6. Which production gauges do you support?
We support a wide range of knitwear gauges including 12GG, as well as 3GG, 5GG, 7GG, 9GG, 14GG, and 16GG to meet different thickness and design needs.
